Conference 2017: Booking now open

The CPHC 2017 Conference is due to start with two parallel workshops on the morning of 24 April for New Heads and for Athena SWAN (CygnetS: gearing the community to Athena SWAN silvers in Computer Science).

The main Conference is due to start at 12:00 and will close approx. 13:00 on Tuesday 25 April followed by a networking lunch for delegates.

As with previous Conferences there will also be a Conference Dinner on the evening of Monday 24 April held in Reading Museum & Town Hall, Belgrave Street, Reading RG1 1QH.

The cost will be £100 which includes Day 1 & 2 of the Conference and Dinner. Dinner only guests will be charged at £45

We are also opening up the second day Tuesday 25 April 2017 as a stand-alone day which will concentrate on a wide range of issues of interest to Computer Science Departments.  There will be a charge of £35 for Day 2.  Please complete all of the necessary sections on the booking system so that we can arrange adequate catering.  If you only wish to attend on the Tuesday, please follow the link below:

CPHC Conference 2017 – more details

The Annual Conference will take place from lunchtime on 24th April until lunch on 25th April 2017, with the Conference Dinner on the evening of 24th .

Day 1: Leadership Challenges in Computing Research and Education

Day 2: Teaching Excellence in Computing

We also have 2 optional, free pre-conference workshops on the morning of the 24th: New Heads of Computing & Athena Swan.

The venue is in Reading.
