Theme and Focus

How has our sector changed over the last 2 years and what is coming in the next 5-10 years?

The last 2 years have seen the most dramatic digital transformation in recent memory as organisations and industry have adapted to the needs of operating within the constraints of covid. How much of this will remain as part of the new landscape, and what, strategically, is coming in the next 5-10 years.
