Outreach Network event

Audience: This event should be of interest to any staff who undertake outreach work, or who are interested in understanding the outreach landscape.

Purpose: CPHC are establishing an Outreach Network to:

* Become a forum for sharing useful practice across the sector, and
* Provide a point of liaison and coordination with other organisations (such as Technocamps, Computing at School etc).

Date: Tuesday 7th April (starting with lunch at 12:30) to Wednesday 8th April 2020 (ending with lunch at 12:30).

Venue: Swansea University (Singleton Park campus).

The event will be held in the Margam Building (2nd Floor) which is building 9.4 on the campus map. The whole of the 2nd floor is called CoSMOS: The College of Science Margam Outreach Space; and the bulk of the floor is Technocamps. 

Hotels: there are two recommendations, which are next door to each other

* Village Hotel (a bit more expensive, but it is where the evening dinner will take place) https://www.village-hotels.co.uk/hotels/swansea/

Transport: a bus is being booked to transport participants between Singleton Park and these hotels on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning.
